Brooklyn Nets Call Up Kris Joseph

The Brooklyn Nets are finally filling in that last spot on the roster with rookie Kris Joseph. Joseph was traded to the Springfield Armor to be scouted and was now picked up by the Nets. Willie Reed, another candidate for being the 15th man, tweeted out the news to his followers first.
The 24-year old is eligible to play in the playoffs.

Aside from Reed's tweet, NetsDaily confirmed the call-up after hearing from a league source.

During his time as a Springfield Armor, the 6-foot-7 wing player averaged 19 points on 40.7% shooting to go with 4 rebounds. His three-point shooting was better, as he converted on 43.8% from beyond the arc.

Before being picked 51st by the Boston Celtics in the 2013 draft, Joseph spent four years at Syracuse where he was named to the All-Big First-Team as a senior. The Celtics released Joseph in January after several call-ups and sent-downs from the D-League.
