Nets sign Alan Anderson

Alan Anderson and the Brooklyn Nets agree on a two year deal. This will fill the roster and he will most likely compete with Jason Terry since Tornike Shengelia will miss time due to surgery. Anderson is 30 years old but fits right in with the new squad. He is known as a defender who can hit three pointers and occasionally put the ball on the floor.  He averaged about 11 points  with the Toronto Raptors in 65 games.

If you are wondering about the luxury tax for the Nets now, it is most likely around $86 million which  puts them ahead of any NBA team in team salaries for now.

Alan Anderson may be a steal but all we know is that he loves the Barclays Center and called his recent trip "first class all the way".

Heres a clip of Anderson's skills. He killed the Knicks a couple of times last season.
