Nets Will Workout Eddy Curry, Hilton Armstrong

The Nets are still searching for a back-up Center after losing out on Nazr Mohammad. Marc Spears of Yahoo Sports is reporting that the Nets will be working out 29 year old Eddy Curry, who rode the pine for most of the 2011-12 season with the Miami Heat, as well as Hilton Armstrong. Curry, who has had many weight and health issues over his career, has disappointed in his tenures with the Knicks, Bulls and Heat. Hilton Armstrong is 27 years old and is known for his shot blocking and athleticism. He is a former lottery pick, picked 12th in the 2006 draft by the New Orleans Hornets. He has played for a number of teams in his fie year career and has yet to stick with a team. The Nets are hoping to strike gold again..
