Everyone's opinions differ on where they feel comfortable living. Some people like the country side, others love the city. Gerald Wallace? Let's say he's not a fan.
Stefan Bondy of the The New York Daily News reports that Wallace is afraid of New York, and refuses to drive alone across the Hudson River. To get into the city, he has his own chauffeur to drive him around.

“I have a driver,” Wallace said. “If I’m going to the city, that’s pretty much how I’m getting in.”The fearless leader he is on the court just can not seem to adjust to the new style of living. He likes his home down in Alabama, where he enjoys fishing in his own personal 2 and a half acre lake. Yeah, he's not going to find something like that in New York. Let's hope it doesn't turn out to be a problem later on, although it was noted previously that Wallace is not the only one living in Brooklyn.
