Yesterday, former New Jersey Net and current Dallas Mavericks guard Vince Carter moved up in the NBA all-time scoring list to 28th after passing Gary Payton. Carter now has scored 21,832 points during his career in the 1039 games he's played. With what he provided in his five seasons with the Nets, he secured himself a spot in the hearts of Nets fans everywhere. As he grew older, he adjusted his game and is now thriving as the sixth man on the Dallas Mavericks. Whether he makes it into the Hall of Fame or not will be determined later, but his contributions to the Nets and the NBA is one that shouldn't be forgotten.
